O For Six Thousand Tongues To Sing

SOMA International gathered in the Albert Hall, London this week, joining 6000 voices from more than 120 nations at the Alpha Leadership Conference. The input was spectacular and encouragements continue.

At the Albert Hall SOMA guests came from 5 continents, representing India, Uganda, Burundi, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, UK, South Africa, Sweden (with Kenya and South America sadly unable to make it this time).

The itinerary was stunning and hugely helpful for us as leaders to step back and receive teaching and a chance to pray and worship together in a crowd.

And a personal highlight was when a Church of England Bishop stopped me at coffee and told me how much SOMA’s META Youth programme had impacted another Bishop’s daughter, and how she was hoping her 16 year old would join it next year!
