Richard’s Sunday preach at St Philip’s, Dorridge and St James’, Bentley

It was great for Richard to be back in the Midlands (Richard did his curacy in Wolverhampton) for a SOMA Entry Sunday Preach last week! The Vicar of the Church, Duncan Hill Brown had previously been on a SOMA mission in 1990s. Richard began by sharing stories of the trip from Ukraine and then preaching on 2 Corinthians 5. He spoke about how Christ’s love compels us and how He who he had no sin became sin for us. There was a powerful moment of ministry at the end as God continued to deliver someone from the results of a dark part of their life.

SOMA is delighted to share the ministry which God is doing abroad in any UK setting and bring Bible and Spirit filled teaching to UK churches, through Sunday preaches, men’s days or training days. Please get in touch if you would like to book a SOMA speaker and get inspired by what God is doing around the world.
