Hitting the ground running with META Youth

We are delighted to say that META Youth Leadership has got off to a wonderful start, and we have enjoyed a fantastic term with all the young people. We have 15 young people from 6 different countries (India, Pakistan, Jordan, Lebanon, Iran, and UK) and the attendance at the weekly coaching clinics online have been excellent. The calibre of the young leaders is exceptional and the leadership team (Stu, Lydia, Tim and Rohama) have really enjoyed getting to know the young people.

This term we have been focussed on some deep theological work mixed in with some self-awareness leadership tools. We have focussed on the importance of having a Christian worldview - how God wants us to see the world and our place in it, and also spending time thinking about how God has made each of us unique with different personalities and giftings. We will be building on this foundation next term. 

We are very excited to have our META Youth mission trip confirmed for next summer, and we would value your prayers that as many of the young people can attend as possible. We would also value prayers as the young people next term will be pioneering a leadership project in their local community/school/church that has a kingdom of God focus.
